Complete Your Intake Form
At Memorial Moments, we are committed to guiding you through this process with care and compassion, like a trusted concierge during this challenging time.
Please complete the intake form within 24-48 hours, providing key details such as the service date, time, location, photos, obituary, and order of service. We understand that information may evolve and will make timely updates to ensure a seamless, personalized tribute.
Step 3
CREATION
Allow Our Team To Design For You
Once we have your content and media from the intake form, the customization can begin - designing! Our team will craft a personalized memorial program, and for Silver & Gold packages, a memorial card and website. A draft will be emailed within 24-28 hours for your review.
Two rounds of revisions can be made to ensure your memorial aligns with your vision. Any revisions will be addressed promptly, but it ultimately depends on open and timely communication.
Step 4
COMMEMORATE
Finalize Your Project and Honor Your Loved One
With all revisions thoughtfully completed, we finalize your memorial materials to ensure every detail is perfect. For Silver and Gold packages, the memorial website will also go live, offering an elegant, lasting tribute. For Bronze packages, your program will be featured on our Memorial Directory.
